Top notch customer service! When my vehicle was broken into I found myself with no window left and a weekend of rain on it’s way. I called a well known nationwide glass replacement service and they could not fit me in for several days. Distressed, I called VA glass expecting that they could not help me either. I was wrong they ordered the part and the same day installed it quickly while I waited at my appointment time. They even cleaned out the glass that was all over the inside of my van. I expected to have to do that myself after the appointment. Additionally, they beat the competition’s pricing. What more could you ask for? If you find yourself in need of this kind of service, do yourself a favor and call them!

In the end the work was near perfect, the communication was top-notch, and the price was reasonable.
