Stone Chip Repair
Just have a small rock chip in your windshield? Most “dings” or “chips” can be repaired, if the damage is not in the driver’s line of vision and is smaller than the size of a silver dollar, including any cracks.
The majority of insurance companies will waive your glass deductible and pay us directly for repairing your stone chip. If you choose not to use insurance, we can provide chip repair service at a fraction of the price it would cost to replace the windshield!
The repair process involves injecting a special resin into the fracture. This resin is then cured and hardened. This results in the damaged glass being fused together and strengthened. The process also results in less light refraction, and therefore will improve the appearance of the damaged area.
Stone chip repairs generally take only about 30 minutes, and can be performed in one of our shops or our mobile service can come to your home or office.
